Before you write
Many questions are answered on the FAQ — things like where your data lives, what files you can import, offline use, and how to clear your data. It's worth a quick look.
Reporting a bug
To help us fix it fast, include:
- What you were doing when it happened (e.g. "importing a PDF", "reading a Gutenberg book").
- What you expected vs. what actually happened.
- Your phone model and Android version (Settings → Contact support in the app fills this in automatically when you tap "Email support").
- If it's about a specific file or web article, the file type or the link.
Response time
This is a small, independent project, so replies may take a little time — but every message is read, and feedback genuinely shapes the app.
A note on privacy. Focal stores nothing about you on any server. If you email
us, we only see what you choose to put in that email. See the Privacy
Policy.
